First of all thank Councillor Hector Folgado to return to separate the festival celebrations. On holidays there are parties and the festival has enough body to not be an addition to the festival program. They were four days where Villarreal has won in life, many people in the street and a lot of animation.
This year, I personally have lived a little over the past few years the festival and accompanied Besides I could. Nor is it who has seen many shows, in fact I've only seen two complete, the nights of Friday and Saturday. My first contact was Friday morning, if I had the bridge, and was with Ole Maestro The Ejoliveurs group. Only a moment I saw, it was a group of entertainment, musicians disguised bullfighters who were playing in the streets for pedestrians. It was funny. After we saw leaving La Cabaña Pepe of Daniel Raffel , a puppet that we follow and we saw that approached Megànimals of Theater Strawberry had that look of another group of animation, but I can assure you.
Friday afternoon we were approaching. We arrived at 19:30 at pedestrian streets, planned for Visa Vis Trapu ZAHARRA but we were waiting over half an hour the street were not the only, and nothing appeared. Once we decided to leave thinking that was not going to take the action we heard noise in the Plaza Bayarri. They were, the brochure had us fooled. Although we saw a while, it was a ova and sperm bank. It had funny moments but after the novelty was beginning to be heavy.
At night we approach the Laborer. Missing when we arrived twenty minutes for the performance and we were almost alone. After reaching more people went but neither was a big rush. The show was Freaks of Cikaros (Denmark). It showed, as the title suggests, a circus of freaks, strange, twisted ... But they began to remove their disguises and acrobatics, tightrope, trapeze, rope, tape ... impressive agility and balance of young actors. Moreover gave a tone of humor that made the show very entertaining outside. In the end they offered cd's and posters but is that people do not understand the ending (they say in English) and it seems that I did not sell anything.
Yesterday we went to see Trapu Casco Viejo , this time with the show that happens with you fat. This time it was a contest to elect an officer. A father and son spent an absurd series of tests. The same rating that the show Friday. Funny moments but ends up becoming boring. At night we had dinner early because we wanted to go to the show scheduled in San Pasqual. In the end we entertain and we find in the stands instead of chance. The crane installed promised spectacular and it was really spectacular. The Argentines had Voalá Aéreo Art, dance and acrobatics hanging a crane to many meters. Visually it was excellent but perhaps I missed something more agile beast was so long. The music had to tire, was an eternal AAAAAAAAAAA'll be nailed to the ears ...
Today we have only seen a part of local Corral Kaos Scurria Splats . This was a spectacle aimed at children. Stilts and wore costumes hens and chickens. It was very original costumes and the story were obtained by adding music and choreography which made it more entertaining. When the scenario has changed since we have not followed.
As you see I have not done a thorough monitoring of the festival but if we compare with previous years I think has been a success and as I said a very wise principle to separate it from parties. Now just wait a year for the 22nd edition.
