Someone I was already complaining that: Carcajada: Trees "that will come along.
Well, those days of Easter and the best company I was with Navarre few days to land in San Sebastian escapadeta included.
Holy Thursday, after almost have to Madrid (signaling to see if better things to Zaragoza: cussing:) we arrived after lunch and tranquility in Pamplona. Absolutely quiet there, we see that all were out pamplonesos. The precision round the city trying to find the hotel: Cot and then walk for a while. The first thing that impressed me were the gardens
Almost like from here
. I let you some pictures of the famous park (with people playing soccer), the Taconera (with animals) and another view of the citadel.
Here the Arga river on their way to Pamplona seen from the park Taconera.
The old city is full of thugs and where to tasquetes plus you go to the Plaza del Castillo and drink coffee in Pamplona, a place frequented say that Hemingway lived while in Pamplona. This coffee is Pamplona.
Navarre has magnificent forests and breathtaking valleys and jungle Irate, but we got the most monumental issue, we will stop by again. Friday we climbed the road that leads to Jaca and made towards the Monastery of Leyre. Vos deixe a general picture, the crypt and the door of the church.
From there we went to Javier . This castle was born in San Francisco Javier , and this year was the 500th anniversary of his birth and jubilee year (some years ago also went to Caravaca de la Cruz in Murcia and was also a jubilee year, as owe have won half the sky). San Francisco Javier , was the son of Lords, was not exactly a pauper, and went there to convert unbelievers to China and Japan would easily assume that language to convince those people.
We made lunch and as always go see a place where meetings Friday as if the two are ...: no: do not ever learn that we enter ... Total Sangüesa thought that we did not go well and we find extraordinary constructions. Here are photos of a palace and a church. Incidentally, we had lunch last remaining Bocata mini-bar and a few olivet ![]()
Olite evening, the whole city is a monument. The castle-palace (reconstructed) of the kings of Navarre is awesome. There is also a photo of the church next door.
Dissabe, San Sebastian. Without words. I seems that the photos are more than suvicient.
Several views of the shell. For one morning from the Miramar Palace. 2 from the Palace of Miramar Mount Urgull. 3 Overview of the shell from Mount Igeldo.
1. Cathedral of San Sebastian. 2 places in the old. 3 in the old church. 4 Ria (estuary of the river Urumea) and Kursaal (Palacio de Congresos) from the castle of La Mota (Mount Urgull).
Sunday we headed to Estella . City full of history. See if we are early risers who had not yet arrived when we opened the tourist office.
A river Ega. The second door of the church of San Miguel. 3 Jail and Bridge of San Miguel church in the background. 4 Church of the Holy Sepulchre. 5 Cloister of Romanesque church of San Pedro de la Rua.
Since we were close I lean to the monastery of Irache (sorry but I can not get a good picture to follow the habit of not showing my pictures or my girlfriend: Bleh:) Vos deixe a detail of the Renaissance cloister and the apse of the church.
Lunch at Puente la Reina. The most remarkable, the Romanesque bridge over the Arga river that gives name to the village.
And a surprising ermiteta we could not lose, Santa Maria Eunate. Octagonal, probably the work of the Templars.
Most sites we visited are part of the Camino de Santiago. So if someone encouraged to make this stretch of road you will definitely find much that can be seen here (Eunate Santa Maria, Puente la Reyna Sangüesa ...)
And to complete the exit and the arrival of the enclosure, including the chapel of St. because of what you sing: A San Fermín pedimos, so be our bosses, guides us in its enclosure dándonos Blessing
Needless to say we did all the route of the enclosure, but not without running bulls.
Hope you enjoy it and that someone s'anime to upload photos of their homes. It was a wonderful day.
